About the event
Open Play is all about the game itself: fun, friendly competition in a relaxed setting. This isn't an instructional session, so come ready to play; no lessons are offered during this time. That said, instructors are nearby throughout the event to help settle any table disagreements or rule questions, so you can stay focused on the game.
All play follows current National Mah Jongg League rules. We keep score each session, which counts toward our monthly Crown Prize, a little extra incentive to bring your best game.
