Mahjong at the Fraley Home
Join us for an afternoon of mahjong. This private, invitation-only gathering offers two ways to play:
Mahjong 101 | 8 seats. New to the game or want a refresher? Learn the basics of the card, the hands, and the flow of play in a relaxed, no-pressure setting.
Open Play | 12 seats. For those already familiar with the game, tables are set and ready. Bring your card and settle in.

Your seat at the beginner's table. This ticket is for anyone brand new to American mahjong, or for players who've picked it up before and want to start fresh with the fundamentals. We'll walk through the tiles, how to read the card, building a hand, the Charleston, and the rhythm of a game, then play together at a comfortable pace with plenty of room for questions. No experience needed. Nothing to bring but yourself; cards and sets are provided.

Your seat at the tables for players who already know the game. No lesson, no instruction, just settle in and play. Tables run at a comfortable social pace. Come for the game, stay for the company. Bring your current card or use one provided. Sets are provided.
